By the Meter

By The Meter, displayed in Keren Bar Gil Contemporary Gallery in Ramat Hasharon during winter 2025, Is a 1.5 by 18 meters pastel drawing. On its surface sculptures, photographs and paintings from every corner of the human culture, are arranged on long shelfs, creating a web of internal connections that contemplate the meaning of relationships, love, passion, and culture. A visitor to the exhibition can point to a specific part of a painting—a composition chosen from the overall tapestry—and on the spot, that chosen piece will be cut out for them with a knife. In this extraordinary exhibition, the viewer becomes involved in the exhibition's evolution, duration, and appearance.
